Cosy double room with own bathroom in St Annes

Hello! I'm Daisy and due to my lovely housemate moving into her own flat, I'm looking for a new human to join me and my rescue pup Billie in our home in leafy St Anne's.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac right next to the river and surrounded by beautiful walks in all directions. If you love nature this is the place! St Annes wood, Troopers Hill, Conham River Park and Nightingale Valley are all a short stroll away. Catleys bakery has recently opened up round the corner, there's a Co-op 5 mins away and St George/Redfield is 20 mins walk.

The room is a cosy double furnished with a double bed, super comfy mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and some drawers. You'll have sole use of the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath and shared use of the third bedroom which is set up as an office. There's lots of storage in the house and a big garage that can be used for bikes, paddleboards etc. Outside is a garden with a beautiful silver birch tree and unrestricted parking.

I'd love to find someone who I can build a friendship with, who has similar interests and is keen to have a chat over dinner/tea/wine. Downtime and respecting each other's space is important too, and I find good, open communication is key for a happy home 😊

I live for the outdoors, and love hiking, running and outdoor swimming. These days most my time is spent exploring with my dog Billie, an adorable, 2 year old rescue collie x spaniel, we're out walking a couple of hours a day and regularly away at the beach or in the countryside on weekends. Being a young dog of her breed mix she's excitable and high energy, but also a loving soul who'll want to jump on your lap for a cuddle on the sofa when she gets to know you.
