THE ROOM

A bright, comfortable fully furnished double bedroom, usually shared by us as a couple but available to rent while we’re away.

The room includes a double bed with a good mattress, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, with plenty of storage and a calm, cosy feel. There’s also space for a desk if you work from home, plus blackout curtains for a proper night’s sleep.

THE HOUSE

You’d be sharing with just one other housemate, who has their own double bedroom. It’s a relaxed home with a spacious kitchen/diner, dining room, and comfortable living area and 1 bathroom plus downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of fridge and cupboard space. There’s also a washing machine and dishwasher.

🌳 2 minute walk from the nightingale valley walk, beautiful green space and really peaceful.

We’re looking for one person or a couple who’s easy-going, respectful and happy in a shared home. This is a calm, friendly space where everyone values being able to relax after work. Smoking is fine outside not inside the house.
