Hello potential future housemate 😊
I've got a bright double room coming up from 28th September in a friendly, relaxed house in St Annes (BS4).

Looking for someone long-term, 6 months minimum.

The room:
A large, sunny double that gets plenty of natural light through the day. Lots of space for a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The house:
• One shared bathroom and shared kitchen
• A separate living/dining room
• Medium sized garden

The area:
Right on the edge of St Annes Park, Nightingale Valley and St Annes woods, with the River Avon just 5 minutes away.
• Beeses swimming spot: 18 min walk / 10 min cycle
• Conham river park: 10 min cycle
• St Annes House just around the corner - amazing community sauna, pottery studio, gym and café
• Bus to the city centre: stop is a 5 min walk, buses 5 and SB7
• Shops: Co-op 10 min walk; Lidl and Sainsbury's 15 min walk

A little bit about me:
I recently turned 30 and I've been in Bristol for coming up to 6 years. I moved into this house a few months ago. I've lived in house-shares for the past 10 years and love making shared space feel calm, friendly and welcoming. I've had an allotment for the past 3 years and I'm looking forward to growing some veggies and flowers in the garden 🌻.

I work for an environmental charity - a few days from home and the rest from a co-working space in town (occasionally travel to London and Brussels). Outside work I love being out in nature: bike-packing and wild swimming, also going to gigs, festivals in the summer, reading and the Watershed cinema (the best).

I'm looking for someone friendly and kind who communicates well and is mindful of shared spaces. I’m pescetarian, enjoy cooking and would be up for shared house meals.

Open to pets. There’s a chance my family cat might be moving in in a few months but still tbc 🐈.

Rent & Bills:
• £580 pcm unfurnished
• Bills approximately £120 pcm per person
