Looking for a female housemate/friend to join our lovely plant filled house. You would be living with me Lexi (landlady) aged 35, a costume designer and maker, I work from home in my little studio. And Lacey, 25, civil servant and writer, also keen pianist who says you're welcome to play her piano! We like to host dinner parties, craft nights and film nights, play badminton each week then go to the pub, and go to festivals together (Shambala is our favourite!). As well as lots of other active hobbies such as bouldering, aerial hoop, rollerblading, yoga/contortion, tennis and cycling.
You would need to be ok with no meat allowed in the house, and like dogs because I dog sit. 🐕
The room is furnished, and quite small but there is some possible storage available in the attic. There is a small garden with a roof terrace for getting the last rays of evening sun. There is bike storage and side access, also free on street parking. Great location in St werburghs, and lovely neighbours.
