Small double room available in Stoke Bishop

I have a small double room available from 1st March in Stoke Bishop, for £650 per month including bills and a monthly clean of communal areas. The room is on the middle floor at the front of the house, sharing a shower room and toilet with one other tenant.
Busses 3 & 4 go regularly from either end of our road. One end of the road has 2 supermarkets, a cafe and a pub leading down to a river and a train station. The other end of the road leads to Blaise Castle Estate.
The current tenants are Christos, a Greek guy who has lived here for 6 years. He works from home for a law firm and enjoys cycling and gigs in his spare time. My 2 year old son Frankie and I occupy my en suite room. When he is older he will move to the room next to mine which is currently a spare room. Frankie loves to play in the living room but can vacate any time someone else wants to use it. Frankie and I like to go to the Hideaway play cafe at the end of our road, parks, the zoo, and see family and friends on the weekend.
We are all tidy, considerate, kind and friendly so looking for someone similar. Unfortunately we have had some passive aggressive tenants in the past who were either rude or didn’t clean up after themselves and this is definitely not the atmosphere we want to live in.
