Description

This quiet en-suite open plan room/annexe with a small kitchenette would suit someone who is primarily not looking to create culinary masterpieces or won’t be working from home. It’s a little sanctuary to unwind at the end of each day with separate access and a big garden to enjoy. We welcome anyone who is easy going, reliable and friendly. We are a sociable friendly couple and want a reliable, clean, honest and trustworthy individual to inhabit this space which has been our family home for decades. So, if you want simple living, don’t have too much stuff and are not known by those closest to you as “needy/demanding” then you are most welcome to get in touch.
We will need references from your employer and proof of income and affordability. Think thats about it for now. We are not open to anyone staying less than a year. Available from late January 2026 council tax included. Thank you
