Annexe/bedsit with en-suite, kitchenette

This bedsit is within a self contained annexe that is in the garden of the family house, separated by a corridor with separate access. The annexe has access to a beautiful garden and is quiet and peaceful. The bedsit has a limited space so would suit someone who is out of the house most of the time and is not looking to do a lot of cooking as there is no hob. There is space for a counter top electric hob, air fryer, slow cooker if required. A microwave is included if needed. The right person will need to take into account the close proximity to the main family home and understand that no parties or loud music is permitted. Previous occupiers have loved the peacefulness of the space and the location which has bus and train routes close by. The landlord and family are Bristolian and have oodles of knowledge of what to do/see here and will make you feel very welcome and at home. Complete privacy and transparency about the expectations of what we require of anyone staying in the annexe. This is a wonderful space for the right person.
