This property is best suited for someone who does not work from home. This to be used as somewhere to come at the end of the day. It would suit a professional that needs a relaxing self contained, fully equipped kitchenette, WIFi with TV and a very comfortable double bed.

The questions on this site are slightly misleading. You have the entire annexe exclusively, we live in the house next to the annexe but you have your own separate access.

We are ideally looking for someone who is looking for a short term let.

We do not work from home ourselves so we do not heat the property during the day, we cannot therefore have anyone working from home. We are a friendly couple who have very busy lives, we are looking for someone laid back and not needy - someone who has a sense of humour, is reasonable and communicative.
