Stoke Bishop studio flat with kitchenette

A private, fully furnished studio flat that adjoins the family home and is separated by a small walkway and a door. The access is separate from the main house.

This space would suit someone who doesn't have much 'stuff' as there is limited space/storage. The ideal lodger would be someone who just needs a few weeks here and there or up to 12 months stay. We don't work from home so don't heat the annexe in the day time.

The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, a one pan induction hob, slow cooker, fridge, freezer, sink and drainer.

Broadband and bills included (if you want the heating on in the winter during the day then there is an extra cost)

We are a friendly couple with kids of varying ages that stay with us from time to time.

If you are clean, quiet, respectful and a well adjusted person who is reasonable and communicative then get in touch. This will not suit someone who is a party animal...
