A private, fully furnished studio flat that adjoins the family home and is separated by a small walkway and a door. The access is separate from the main house.

This space would suit someone who doesn't have much 'stuff' as there is limited space/storage. The ideal lodger would be someone working in Bristol and needing a lovely sanctuary to escape to at the end of the day.

The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, a one pan induction hob, slow cooker, fridge, freezer, sink and drainer.

Broadband and bills included but if you need extra heating outside of the two hours in the evening, that is chargeable.
We do not work from home ourselves so we do not heat the property during the day, but hopefully by June you won't need it! We are a friendly couple with kids of varying ages that stay with us from time to time. We are looking for someone laid back, who has a sense of humour, is reasonable and communicative.
