Large Double room in quiet 3-Bed house

Two very well-sized double rooms available in a 3-bed house. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely area of Stoke Bishop, just round the corner from the local shops. Close to the downs, Henleaze and Whiteladies Road.

There is a lounge, a rear reception room, a spacious kitchen and an upstairs bathroom. The garden is large and flat and will be a nice space in the spring.

You'll have the house mostly to yourself as I work away often and have busy weekends.

Gas central heating, double glazing and bills are included. There's on-street parking available and a space in the drive too. There are also two nice pubs very close by and plenty more within a short drive.

I'm looking for two professionals (either separately or looking as a pair, I don't mind) who are in their 20s, are working and have fun, active lives.

To tell you about me: I grew up in the area and really love Bristol. I work quite a lot and I like to keep myself busy in my free time too - usually by playing football, meeting my mates and going out on the weekends. I also enjoy a good hike, games, cinema, reading and running. I'm a friendly guy, easy to get on with and I'm looking for the same sort of person.
