Double - Free Parking & Gym/Swim. Pool/10mins bus

I have a fully furnished double room available in a quiet suburban area of Bristol, exclusively for a Monday-to-Friday lodger.

Every Friday when you head home, I will strip and wash the bedding so it’s completely fresh and ready for you when you return on Monday.

The House & Vibe:
You’ll be sharing the flat with my partner and me. It’s a clean, peaceful, and relaxed home. All utility bills, council tax, and high-speed Wi-Fi are fully included in the rent. Because we’ll be sharing a kitchen and bathroom during the week, I'm looking for a fellow professional who is independent, clean, and respectful.

To keep things running smoothly, I have a few simple house boundaries:
- it’s a strict non-smoking/vaping home
- no pets
- and it's a quiet base for work so no evening visitors or overnight guests
- occasional curry nights are totally fine, but no everyday pungent cooking
- shared coin-operated laundry services downstairs if needed
- if you need to use the gym/squash court/swimming pool. can be arranged with us

Transport nearby
Just a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station (Sea Mills) and bus stop. Train to Temple Meads run approx. every half an hour.

Neighbourhood
Great, peaceful location with everything you need close by. There’s a lovely small garden just a 2-minute walk away. Right next to that is our local amenity block with the swimming pool, gym, and squash court. If you need to grab groceries or a quick dinner, it’s an easy 15-minute walk to the local Tesco, Co-op, and a great fish & chip shop. It’s a quiet area, but well-connected.
