Double Room to Rent in 2 Bedroom House

Hello and welcome to my ad! I'm Cat, a massage therapist and bodyworker. I do not live in, but use the 2nd bedroom during the week (and VERY occasional weekends) for my business as a therapy room. I'm Looking for a trustworthy, respectful and clean person/couple to move in and treat the house like home.

The house has a good soul, so I'm looking for someone who appreciates that and enjoys keeping a nice space.

The bedroom has a bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe but if you'd like to bring your own furniture that's an option.

Compact but new and fully functioning kitchen with washing machine. Bathroom (newly done) with bath/shower. Little yard with gorgeous views. Again newly done. Am also getting the hallway replanted at the moment so that should be lovely too!

10 minutes walk to Temple Meads and with a great selection of independent/convenience stores, pubs, bars, a gym and cafes/restaurants a couple of minutes away.

Looking for a clean and friendly lodger/s. Open to working around my business hours and communicative. I try to minimise waste at the house too so environmentally conscious also a bonus.


I use the other bedroom for my business (I'm a massage therapist and body worker) most days during the week until 6.30pm latest. There are sometimes only 2 days a week with appt but can be more. Other than that, you'd get free run of the house. It's a bit of an odd set up but will work beautifully for some people who want to live alone but don't want to pay full whack for a whole house!

Due to this, it probably wouldn't suit someone WFH but I'm willing to have a chat if you think it may suit you anyway.
