The rent - Rent includes all bills (but EXCLUDES a 1/5 share of energy estimated at £65pcm for ‘fair usage’). There is a fast 500MBps Broadband. There’s also a 50% contribution towards council tax (£35 pcm).

The House-
Large 5 bed end of terrace house with 2 shower rooms.. Newly double glazed (so very warm!).

Large, fully equipped Kitchen, with washing machine & dryer & plenty of fridge/freezer space.
Living room with 43” smart TV and a patio garden.

The Location-
The house is located on a quiet street in Totterdown, 75m from Arnos Vale park & 5 mins walk from the many local bars & cafes at the iconic Paint Factory & Wells Rd. Wells Rd also has a very well stocked Co op store.

Bus stop at 200m to Temple Meads (8 mins) and the town centre (12mins).

The Tenant-
Looking for Male / Female who is clean, tidy and considerate and happy to co-operate in a cleaning rota.
