Bright double room in a great location

Hi!

I'm looking for a housemate to share my 2 bedroom home in Totterdown. It's in an excellent location, less than 15 mins walk to Temple Meads station and 5 mins to Victoria park. Additionally there is an artisan bakery, fruit and veg shop, postbox, cash point and Tesco all on the doorstep! The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with trees opposite, providing privacy.

The room includes a comfy double bed with chest of drawers and mirror, inbuilt wardrobe with a second chest of drawers as well as a desk and bookcase plus a second full length mirror.

The house is bright and airy- having an open plan living space with TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Disney+). There is a large kitchen/diner (including a range cooker, washing machine and dishwasher as well as your own fridge) opening onto the outdoor garden patio and seating area. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.

I'm a software engineer with a hybrid working arrangement and enjoy gym, outdoor walks, climbing, piano and quiet nights in with the TV! I am clean and tidy and am looking for a responsible housemate that will treat the house with the same level of care as I do.
