This light and large double room is a good size with a comfortable king-size bed and memory foam mattress. It has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as under bed storage. There also plenty of room for a large desk or chair.

This is a quirky home with an unusual layout and plenty of colorful charm. It's in a central location near the Wells Road on the edge of Totterdown. So it's an easy walk, cycle or bus journey into the centre or to Temple Meads Station

I'm Emily a learning and development manager and I work from home a few days a week and am in the office a couple too. I'm sociable and like to be out seeing friends and family and tend to go away every six weeks or so, but also like quiet, my own space and a chilled night too. Sunny the cat spends his days hoping for smooths, and relaxing

Although I am a live in Landlord I'm hoping to create a shared house vibe and figure out what works for both of us at home.
I'm looking for a
friendly and easy going person who can create a harmonious and happy home with.

I enjoy cooking and hope we can share meals a couple of nights a week. Im a pet sitter, so It's an extra bonus if you'd be willing to look after Sunny the cat while I'm away as then you get the house to yourself.
I eat meat am respectful to people who don't, so could talk about what would work for you if you are vegetarian.

There is a small garden which is overflowing with plants and .It"s nearby to Arnos Vale and two parks, so has easy access to green spaces and nature, as well as being near to cafes, bars, a deli and a few shops. There's also a good community feel and lovely neighbours.

I've posted two rooms, as the larger room is £825, the smaller one is £750 a month. It will only be the two of us and we also have a small spare room for guests.

You'll find plenty of off street parking and fairly quiet streets.

If you'd like the room from Monday to Friday only for a short term let. it would be £550 a month.
