I'm looking for a housemate to join me and another in this beautiful new build home in Totterdown.
The room on offer is a double room on the middle floor that shares a bathroom with another housemate.
The house is fully furnished but the room is unfurnished
The house benefits from large windows and amazing views of Bristol from both the ground and middle floor living room/balcony. Making for a bright home.
Finding the right housemate to share this space and make it a home is very important. I'm an active person who enjoys having a peaceful space to rest up, entertain friends occasionally and use as my base for adventures.
My ideal housemate would be clean, tidy, active, emotionally mature, financially stable, independent, professional who is also looking for a beautiful home.
Bills. It included and average £125 per month. There is a security deposit of 5 weeks but the system is not letting me add it in at the moment
