We’re looking for someone kind and easy-going to join our 3-bedroom houseshare in Totterdown. We share our home with Ro, a friendly and affectionate tabby cat.

The house is in a quiet part of Totterdown, close to Arnos Vale. It has a shared bathroom, an open-plan kitchen overlooking the garden, and a cosy living room. There’s also a shed in the garden for bike storage.

The room:
• A good-sized double room on the ground floor
• Partially furnished with a bed frame and shelves
• Rent is £587 per month, including all bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, Council Tax)

About us:
Between us we’re passionate about spending time in nature, music, dancing, ecology and cooking wholesome food. We really value a peaceful, caring, and community-minded home environment.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is:
• Working full-time (ideally not WFH, as one of us is a musician who makes music at home)
• A non-smoker
• Kind, grounded, dependable, and easy-going
• Good at communication and respectful of the house and each other’s needs

Our landlord is based in the US - he’s kind, responsive, and always just an email away if anything needs doing.
