Double Room available in house share in Totterdown

Hello!

We are looking for a new person to join our lovely 3-bedroom houseshare in Totterdown, and fill the shoes of our friend who’s leaving us behind for new pastures! We have a cat called Ro, who is a friendly tabby.

The house is located in a quiet part of Totterdown, near Arnos Vale. There is a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen that overlooks the back garden. The shared spaces are open-plan, with a warm, and comforting feeling. There is a shed in the back garden where we store bikes.

The room is a sunny double bedroom on the first floor. The rent is £587 per month, including all bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, Council Tax). The room comes partially furnished with a bed, desk and shelves. A second, larger, downstairs bedroom will also likely become available in the near future, so this could be an opportunity to co-create a new house-sharing community.

In the meantime, we look forward to welcoming the first new person into our home. Between us, we are interested in meditation, Buddhism, music, dancing, and time spent in nature.

We are looking for someone working full time, who is a non-smoker. Someone kind, easy-going, grounded, playful, and dependable, who values a peaceful and community-like home environment.

It is important to find someone with good communication skills, who cares about looking after the house as a home, as well as looking after one another and respecting each other’s needs.

Our landlord is a good-natured and helpful human who lives in the US and is generally just one email away for anything that we or the house might need.
