Double Room available in house share in Totterdown

Hello,

We are looking for a new person to share our beautiful 3-bedroom house in Totterdown, and fill the shoes of our friend who’s leaving us behind for new pastures! We have a cat called Ro, who is a friendly tabby.

The house is located in a quiet part of Totterdown, near Arnos Vale. There is a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen that overlooks the back garden. The shared spaces are open-plan and feel warm, and comforting. There is also a shed in the back garden where we can store bikes.

The room is a spacious, sunny middle-sized double bedroom on the ground floor. The rent is £561 per month, including all bills (internet, water, gas, electricity).

Mica and I enjoy living together and have made the house a home. We are excited to welcome someone new to join us. We are interested in music, dancing, storytelling, meditation, and time in nature.

We are looking for a working professional and a non-smoker, who is kind, easy-going, thoughtful, playful, and dependable. Someone who will add to the harmonious, peaceful, and family-like environment we have created.

It is important to us to find someone with good communication skills, who cares about looking after the house as a home, as well as looking after one another and respecting each other’s needs. We are good friends and like to hang out, but we also spend time doing our own thing. Our landlord is a kind human being. He lives in the US and is generally just one email away for anything that we or the house might need.
