Large Double room fully furnished

I have a house mate moving out early April so the room is available straight away.
It’s a 2 story townhouse with all bills included. You'd have access to all common areas. In the house there are 2 double bedrooms, living room, dining room, Kitchen, bathroom, small garden, street parking and lots of features. The house is warm, characteristic, has a fire place and is fully furnished.
The room is a great sized double with furniture included (minus the dresser). The bed is an ottoman with lots of storage, 2 wardrobes, build in cupboard and real wood flooring.
The house would suit someone professional, sociable and chilled. I’m looking for someone to share the house with, someone who doesn’t mind hanging out occasionally but also appreciates their own space. I’m clean and tidy and keep the house in good shape.
The house is next to Victoria park, close to the city centre and Temple meads.
