A Tesco Express, excellent greengrocer, and bakery are all literally moments from the front door. Temple Meads Station is just a 10-minute walk away, making commuting and travel incredibly convenient. There are also two Dott scooter bays within 30 seconds walk for easy access across the city.
For green space, Victoria Park is just a short stroll away, offering great views and plenty of room to unwind.
Parking is refreshingly straightforward, with a free car park opposite the house as well as ample on-street parking nearby.

Hi, I’m Luke!
A born-and-bred Bristolian who has recently made the daring leap south of the river to Totterdown after spending most of my life north of it. A big move by Bristol standards!
I work from home and enjoy a relaxed, friendly household where people can have a laugh together but also appreciate a bit of peace and quiet. These days, I prefer leaving the partying at the pub and usually aim to be home before midnight—otherwise I risk turning into a pumpkin.
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit, binge-watching a good TV series, exploring Bristol’s ever-growing sauna and cold plunge scene (a recent obsession), and listening to music. There’s usually something playing in the background somewhere in the house.
I’m friendly, easy-going, and respectful of other people’s space and privacy. I also share the house with two extremely affectionate cats who will almost certainly decide you're their new best friend—especially when breakfast is involved!
I’m gay, if that matters to you, and I'm looking to create an inclusive, comfortable home where everyone feels welcome.

I'm looking for a considerate, clean, and tidy professional who works outside the home during the week. Age isn't important—it's more about having a mature outlook and being comfortable sharing a home with others.
Ideally, you’ll have a good sense of humour, be an animal lover, and enjoy a friendly household while still respecting each other's independence and personal space. All the usual shared-house qualities apply: considerate, communicative, and happy to pull your weight.
I'm looking for a single occupant rather than a couple, but of course you're welcome to have guests and the occasional overnight visitor.
