The flat is located on the edge of lower Totterdown -opposite to Tesco Express- and it’s 10 min walk from Temple Meads station. You will occupy a double bedroom and have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom, plus an allocated parking lot.
Tidiness and non-smoking are prerequisite, as well as willingness to look after my plants while I am away (I am a plants lover).
The rent is 850 pcm (bills included).
