Spacious 3 bed house with garden, great location

I have double room available in my house that I co-own with my brother (who lives elsewhere in Bristol). You'll be living with me and one other house mate, a male Geography teacher-in-training who is out all day during the week and at home more on weekends.

It's blue terraced house in Totterdown, just off the Well's Rad and a 15 minute walk to Temple Meads. It's also a short walk to Armos Vale Cemetery and the Paintworks and near Victoria Park, which is a lovely way to cut through to Bedminster.

The room has double beds, storage for clothes, curtains, a mirror and with room and room for a desk etc

The large and light kitchen has a dining table, oven, toaster, kettle, a washing machine and tumble dryer., cutlery etc. and a view over the garden.

There is a downstairs living room going out onto a small garden. The garden is a WIP but I am getting it into shape. The bathroom has a bath and shower and there is separate toilet downstairs in the basement area.

I am looking for a friendly, warm, clean and tidy housemates. I am happy to be social at times but also looking to have my own space and a pretty chilled / quiet house. I would ideally like a professional is works out of the house most days and is vegetarians but neither of these are deal breakers.

I am yoga teacher, studio assistant and a jeweller. And in my former life I was an academic : ) I try to be out at my studio in Bedminster most days and teach some evenings and early mornings. I will also work at home on occasion too and I am setting up a small workspace in the basement.

I run and I am enjoying finding running routes in this area. I am also a coffee lover and always on the hunt for good coffee.

The rent includes: council tax and Virgin Broadband.
