Hello! I have a double room to rent in my 2 bedroom flat in Totterdown and I'm looking for an awesome lodger. Sadly my amazing flat mate is going travelling so the room will be free for someone new!

The apartment:
I'm nearly an architect ( part 3 if you know ) and I'm obsessed with old buildings so naturally I'm obsessed with my flat haha. It's in an old bank building and has high ceilings and lovely huge windows with gorgeous views over Bristol - great for watching the sunset! It's super light in the day and cosy at night. The flat has open living dining and kitchen area and is in a great location ( there's also a tier parking spot right outside which is handy ) and there's also a locked bike store in the building. Monthly cost is inclusive of all bills and council tax.

The room:
Double room with access to mostly your own bathroom - I have my own ensuite so would only very rarely use the second bathroom ( only to use the bath on the odd occasion ). Also if any visitors come over then this would be the bathroom used but again it would mostly be yours. The room also comes with a separate under counter fridge in the kitchen. The room itself has a large Ikea PAX wardrobe and again lovely huge window.

Me:
I'm 30 and I am nearly an architect. I also teach dance classes in Bristol so I tend to be on the go quite a lot. Dance is a huge passion of mine but I also like to go outside, swim in the river, go paddle boarding, attempt to surf, go on cycling tours, go camping or do anything creative. My boyfriend also lives with me and he is a little less busy but also likes to dance ( bachata and salsa ). He's very friendly, very clean, and has similar interests to me. Any surf/cycle/river trips you are welcome to join!

I'm looking for:
Someone who is friendly and easy going and doesn't hide out in their room all day. I'd ideally like to became friends with whoever comes into the house - I feel like it's much nicer to be in a friendly environment. I'd like to be able to be chill and do our own thing but also hang out and watch terrible TV series together if we are all in. We've also got into a habit of waffle brunches at the weekend so totally welcome to join in with that! I am in and out of the house a lot so a big big factor is also someone who will be clean and tidy and not leave mess in the flat. This is super important and I know everybody says they are clean but I actually need you to be clean haha. The room is also available any time from 1st December onwards and would start out for a 6 month period with the option to extend later.
