The flat is in Totterdown and has its own private entrance. It is on the lower ground floor of a Victorian terraced building, and is accessed down a set of steps. It consists of:
- Front patio area, with room to lock up bikes and bin storage
- Entrance hallway with shoe storage
- Double bedroom, with bay window, and a storage area with shelves
- Bathroom, with shower over the bath
- Living room, with dining table, and a desk for home working
- New kitchen, accessed through living room. Fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washer/dryer. Lovely views of Bristol through kitchen window!
- Garden, accessed through patio doors. Garden is on two levels - upper patio, then gravel with flowerbeds
The flat comes fully furnished.
