I am renting out my one bed garden flat for 6 months while I am away travelling. I am looking for someone or a couple to rent the flat for the full 6 months from the start of October until the end of March. I’ve put a lot of love into renovating the flat and am looking for a responsible and respectful tenant(s) who will enjoy living in and looking after the flat.

The flat is in Totterdown and has its own private entrance. It is on the lower ground floor of a Victorian terraced building, and is accessed down a set of steps. It consists of:
- Front patio area, with room to lock up bikes and bin storage
- Entrance hallway with shoe storage
- Double bedroom, with bay window, and a storage area with shelves
- Bathroom, with shower over the bath
- Living room, with dining table, and a desk for home working
- New kitchen, accessed through living room. Fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washer/dryer. Lovely views of Bristol through kitchen window!
- Garden, accessed through patio doors. Garden is on two levels - upper patio, then gravel with flowerbeds

The flat comes fully furnished.

Council tax and all bills included (including high speed Virgin Media WiFi).

Location:
The flat is located in upper Totterdown, and is a 15 minute walk to Temple Meads train station. It is close to Tesco, Co Op, Fox and West Deli, and several cafes/restaurants/bars on Wells Road. Perretts Park and Victoria Park are both nearby too. Easy access into city centre by bus (bus stop 2 mins walk from flat).
Very friendly neighbourhood!
