Queer friendly house with a lush view

We are looking for a housemate to join us in our LGBTQ+ friendly three bed home in Totterdown from mid September, although may be available a little earlier depending on timings. Professional only due to the letting restrictions, sorry students! We are close pals and queer gals in our 30's sharing a peaceful and calm house, with secure bike storage in the cellar and amazing views over Victoria Park and Bristol. With great views come great hills- bike access is via the back of the house, up a couple of sets of steps. There are lots of shared areas to socialize in, but enough space throughout the house for solo recharge time too. The room is a decent size and will be unfurnished.

We love going on wholesome weekend adventures camping and hiking, or going out dancing with friends. Laura makes pottery and I make kimchi, and we both enjoy sewing, board games and digging in our allotment.

We both have hybrid working patterns- the dining room is decent for WFH days but it's hard to have everyone home on calls so someone who is also hybrid working or out during the day would be best. We have busy lives in the week, so we tend to cook separately most evenings, but enjoy spending time together when we can. We'll occasionally have friends over for dinner or games, and both of us have partners who visit one or two nights a week, but we do try to be conscientious about this as there is only one bathroom and it can get a bit crowded at times! We keep a cleaning rota and a house tab for shared expenses, and the bills are paid into and out of a dedicated account. We are Council tax B.

Our ideal housemate would be someone who is sociable but likes their home to be a clean and quiet sanctuary, who lives for outdoor adventures, exchanging nature facts, and being silly.
