Two double rooms in friendly house share

Hello- we've just bought a house and we're looking for two new housemates to share our lovely home with.
The house is 10 mins from Temple Meads station and a 5 min walk from Victoria Park.
The house has a kitchen/diner, utility room with washing machine, living room space, three double bedrooms (one of which is downstairs), a large bathroom and small garden. There is free on street parking available.

We are a couple- Yasmin (31) and Declan (32). I'm a teacher and Declan works in aviation in London half the time.
We enjoy eating out in Bristol, going camping with friends, going for walks and exploring pubs all over the city. Declan enjoys playing tennis in the local park and I enjoy getting stuck into a good book.

We're looking to share our house with friendly individuals who enjoy socialising and having the odd meal together, whilst respecting each other's space.

We would ideally like to live with one female and one male if possible to keep the balance.

We have two double rooms available both at £750 a month with bills included (Gas & electricity, water, council tax, internet)
This first double is located on the ground floor and was previously used as a front room.
The second double room is on the first floor.

Both rooms are currently unfurnished but we are willing to negotiate.

We require £500 deposit each and references.

Contract is 1 year minimum with a 6 month break-clause and a rolling contract after that.
