2 bed flat, looking for a great housemate

Hi there,

I’m looking for a someone to rent my flat with, as my old housemate has moved to London.

A bit about me, I’m a mechanical design engineer and have lived in Bristol the last 6 years.

I’m quite a social and chatty person, but also like to have some chill out time. If you’re up for the occasional pub trip, cook up, walk or board game then I think we’d get along!

The flat is in a great location, 25mins to get into town, 10mins to Temple Meads and the pubs / food places around Totterdown are also very good! Free Parking is available on street.

The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, a bedside table and a wardrobe.
The lounge has space for a desk / working area if you needed as the bedroom is cosy. I work from the office 9-5. I’d want this to feel like your home, as much as it is mine.

Bills not included, but currently would be around £175 each.
