Double Room available in Totterdown

Hi!

I’m looking for a professional to rent the other double room that’s become available in a two bed flat, as my old housemate has moved to London.

A bit about me, I’m a mechanical design engineer and have lived in Bristol the last 6 years.

I’m quite a social and chatty person, but also like to have some chill out time. If you’re up for the occasional pub trip, cook up, walk or board game then I think we’d get along!

The flat is in a great location, 25mins to get into town, 10mins to Temple Meads and the pubs / food places around Totterdown are also very good!

The room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, a side table and a wardrobe.
Parking is available.
The lounge has space for a desk / working area if needed. I work from the office 9-5.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Bills not included.
