Looking for a third housemate for our 3 bed house in Totterdown, with tenancy to start 1 October.
Rent is £500 per month and is paid directly to the landlord (no agency or fees included), just the standard one month's rent as deposit. Bills are around £125 each per month.
Living here at the moment are myself, Katie (32) and Natasha (32), I work a Mon - Fri office job and usually work from home a couple of days a week. Natasha is a secondary school history teacher and has just moved in.
Looking for a tidy, respectful and friendly housemate who will make the house a pleasant place to live.
Please let us know if you would be interested in viewing the room. We are hoping to do viewings either Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th September.
