Lovely Newbuild 1 Bed Flat (Read Description)

Hi there, I am looking for an individual or couple to rent a double room in a 2 bed flat - the whole flat will be completely yours most of the time but I (the landlord/owner) keep the 2nd room free because once a month I come back to Bristol for between 2/3 days for work and the rest of the month I live in London with my partner - hence the reason for the cost being similar to a 1 bed entire flat. The flat has a stunning open plan living room kitchen with a breakfast bar! I am a very relaxed landlord and I am happy for you to make the place your own and/or to keep as much of my left belongings out as you like. I am looking to get this rented by 01/06/26. The room comfortably fits a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table in it whilst leaving some floor space. Due to my belongings being with me in London there is plenty of storage in the flat to accommodate a couple or an individual with lots of stuff. The flat and your bedrooms is fully furnished but if you have your own stuff to bring I can accommodate that. Everything else you could want is there and all bills (including council tax, broadband, tv licence etc.) are included in the cost so there won't be anything to pay aside from the rental value.
Bit about me... I work in finance but also run an events company (Hip Hop Coffee Shop), DJ and love music. My other hobbies are golf (I'm at that age), surfing, snowboarding and pretty much any activity I can get my hands on. I am happy to answer any questions for people who are serious about moving in.
