We’re looking for a new housemate to move into a spacious and warm double room in a house share in Totterdown.

£750 per month INCLUDING BILLS and WIFI.

10-15 min walk to Temple Meads station and bus stop 5 mins away with regular buses into the centre.
5 min walk to Victoria Park.

The room is situated on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe.

The house includes a shared front room with a TV and log burner.
A spacious kitchen (including dishwasher) and dining area with French doors leading to a green and calming garden space (with a pond).
A Downstairs toilet with washing machine, and a large upstairs bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Current housemates:

Kitty, 29 (tenant) a student nurse who likes drawing, swimming, being creative and hanging out with friends.

Yas, 31 (live in landlord) a Kindergarten teacher, who enjoys reading, going to the pub and singing in a choir.

Dec, 32 (live in landlord- only stays at the house 4 nights a week as works away) enjoys playing tennis, eating out and discovering new pubs.

What we’re looking for in a housemate:

Someone who’s friendly, sociable and enjoys having the odd meal together but respects each other’s space.
A tidy person who cleans as they go and thinks of their housemates.
Someone who wants to go for a few drinks occasionally at the local pub together or watch a movie by the fire.

To move in earliest 14th October and at the latest 1st November.

1 year contract with a 6 month break clause.
