Room available in Totterdown

I am looking for someone to move into my spare room in the heart of Totterdown. The house is a 15 mins walk to Temple Meads, a stones throw away from numerous great pubs, especially the Oxford, and close to Victoria Park. Totterdown is a great community with a local fruit and veg shop at the end of the road, restaurants and bars close by.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bed side table and a large built in wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom, living room, garden and kitchen.

I am sociable, active and busy, love days out watching pretty much any sport, going to the pub, cooking meals and occasionally having friends over. I am a keen cyclist, go to a local CrossFit gym and play tag rugby. I am pretty laidback and looking for someone to slot into the house.

Ideally would be better suited to someone who does not work from home all the time.

I do not have pets myself but a big dog lover and often have dogs over to the house.
