Hello, myself and my partner (Tom) have a spare room (fully furnished) available for rent from 24th November 2025. It’s a cute cosy 2-bed terraced house in Totterdown with 1 shared bathroom (including a bath and a shower), a kitchen, open-plan living space and a courtyard garden (with BBQ!).
Must be: A working professional, clean and tidy (very important!) & who respects the space.
Location: 5 minute walk from Perrett's park, and a 30-min walk into town.
We enjoy staying fit and active, cooking and a glass of red wine whilst binging the occasional TV series.
