Double room in lovely Totterdown!

Hi there, we are looking for a new flatmate! We have a double room available in our 4-bedroom house in the heart of Totterdown available from the 7th October. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. I will add a picture of the room.

The house is super convenient, 5 minutes from Victoria Park, 10 mins to Temple Meads and with plenty of nice pubs around the corner.

The rent is £450 per month. Bills are around £100 per month so this works out to around £550 total per month. The deposit is £400 which is kept in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We have a private landlord.

The current housemates are Ki, Guille and Helen. Ki (Spanish) works in admin, Guille (Spanish) works as a bartender and Helen (English) is a mature student/ art club teacher.

I have only lived here for a month and am super keen to make the house more cosy and friendly and would like help decorating the lounge. Looking for someone who is sociable and would like to spend some time together in the evenings watching TV/ movies and cooking some shared meals together (I am vegetarian but other housemates are not). We are looking for someone respectful who values a tidy, clean and peaceful home. This is definitely not a party house!

There is a courtyard out the back which is a bit overgrown at the moment but could be really lovely with a bit of work.
