A spacious double bed in a four storey house in Totterdown. You will be living with 6 professionals, all male.

You will be on the second floor with a bathroom shared between three. The view is gorgeous, you can see Victoria Park, the Wills Building and the Suspension Bridge. Plus beautiful sunsets when it's not cloudy and grey. There are two chest of drawers and a ornamental fire place.

A giant kitchen, with a table, stalls, two sofa beds, a storage cabinet, two fridges and freezer with plenty of space and a wine cooler.

The living room has a TV with Netflix and Prime, two large sofas, a beautiful marble fireplace and a piano.

There is a big garden with a bench, that usually host to a couple of BBQs in the summer.

The house sits between Victoria Park and Perrets Park. Several pubs and cafes are nearby - including a microbrewery.

17 minute walk from Temple Meads station, with a bus stop down the road from the house with the 73, 172, 2, 376, 2, 375 and 374 running past.

The guys are all very sociable, they usually go for drinks on King Street once a week, watch F! or Starwars, gym and cook.

The basement is a self contained flat with it's own kitchen and bathroom.
