Large double room available

Hello!

We are 2 working professionals living in a 3 storey house in Totterdown.
Very much a relaxed, friendly home environment, where we cook for each other and hang out but equally respect personal space too.

The available room is on the middle floor. Its comes furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table., There is room available for further furniture, study desk etc.

We have an open plan living room that goes onto a balcony, with views of the city which is great for sunsets.
Also theres a garden off the kitchen on the lower ground. The house also comes with 2 very friendly cats

There’s free parking on the street but no designated spot.
All bills included. Room available from 10th Nov.
