I have a double room available in a two-bed terraced house in Totterdown.
It's a cool area - a quiet street with four pubs just around the corner, a park and walkable to Harbourside/city centre. Temple Meads station is a 10-minute walk.
Just letting it short-term for now, so ideal for someone who is waiting on another place or is in limbo a little.
I'm a relaxed housemate, enjoy a chilled evening, going to the pub, a hike - all the usual stuff.
I work from home, so ideally would prefer someone who's in an office, but not a dealbreaker!
There's competitive on-street parking, which is free. All bills included.
House has recently been renovated.
The room is currently unfurnished, but I can look at getting furniture in if required.
Probably missed a lot of useful info, but feel free to ask.
