King Room - Bills Incl. - Furnished or Unfurnished

I have a room available in my 3-bed terraced house in Totterdown. Sharing with me (F,32), my housemate (F,33) and Cappuccino (F, dog).

We both work full-time, so mostly use the house to relax in the evenings and at weekends. There is a communal kitchen/dining/living room, which is a lovely place to cook and chat. There is also a south-facing balcony and garden/terrace area for the Summer time.

We’re looking for someone that wants to enjoy a clean and peaceful home. Must like dogs!

The room measures 4.1 x 4.1 metres. Currently it’s unfurnished, but I’m very happy to furnish it if the new housemate prefers. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other, with access to both bath and shower.

The house is located in the heart of Totterdown, two streets away from Victoria Park. Please note: there is no driveway or garage and parking can be tricky. The house does have a lockable bike shed with plenty of space available.

The price includes all bills, including a fortnightly cleaner.
