Double room to rent in Totterdown

I am looking for a Mon-Fri lodger for my spare room in Totterdown. It comes fully furnished, and there is free on st parking and secure bike storage. There are two patio areas for outdoor space. All bills included. I am clean and tidy, but not obsessive about it, and work from home 3 days a week. It would therefore suit someone who primarily works in an office. I have a dog called Horace - he is not allowed upstairs but obviously you need to like dogs!
