Double room in totterdown

I am looking for a housemate to take this sunny spacious double room in Totterdown! It will be available in February/March time - I don’t have a set date yet!
The house has a living room, kitchen and garden - it could do with a bit of love so somebody with some plant expertise would be amazing!
There is plenty of free on-street parking, it’s a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and lovely green spaces near by.
I’m a vet student at UoB so spend a fair amount of time on campus, and sometimes work from home. At the weekend I work on a dairy farm.
I like the house to be chill mostly but enjoy having guests over!
In my spare time I go to pubs, gigs and generally love being outdoors. I also like chilling at home reading books and doing the odd craft.
I have a pet tortoise who lives inside, she’s a very chilled housemate and likes to explore the flat.
I’d love to find someone who values a friendly, chilled living space like me! Potentially another mature student or professional. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing!
