Double room in totterdown

I am looking for a housemate to take this sunny spacious room in Totterdown!

The flat has a living room, kitchen and garden with shed.
I have a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and TV to share.
There is plenty of free on-street parking, it’s a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and walkable distance into town and temple meads station. There’s a few lovely green spaces near by including my personal fave Perret’s park!

About me:
I’m a vet student at UoB and spend a fair amount of time on campus.
In my spare time I go to pubs, gigs and generally love being outdoors. I also like chilling at home reading books and doing the odd craft. I’m always down for a glass of wine and yap at home too!
I have a pet tortoise who lives inside, she’s a very chilled housemate and likes to explore the flat.
I’d love to find someone who values a friendly, chilled and clean living space like me! Let me know if you have any questions or would like to arrange a viewing!
