Double Room in lovely house by Victoria Park

We are looking for a friendly new housemate to replace me as I am going travelling.

The room is great, with lots of natural light, a built in wardrobe and two chests of drawers.

The house is spacious with an open plan lounge and dining room and plenty of storage space.

- Across the street from Victoria Park (beautiful in summer)
- Close to climbing centre, bakeries, shops, and pubs
- Quiet area but only 20-25 minute walk into central Bristol
- Less than 15 mins to Temple Meads Station

About the current flatmates:

Theo (32) is an airline pilot. He enjoys cooking, swimming, running and plays the piano.

Sarah (42) is a researcher and lecturer who has recently moved to Bristol. She enjoys running and cooking.

The household is a calm and quiet atmosphere where housemates are happy to share a chat or meal, but also enjoy coming home to relax and rest after work.

Bills are typically £120 a month for most of the year. There is currently a weekly cleaner, which can be discussed between the new and existing housemates. Council tax band B.

Things to note:

- The room is due to undergo some repairs to the external-facing wall, which may be completed before the new housemate moves in, depending on move-in date.
- Sarah may be buying her own place, and the new housemate will have a say in the replacement housemate.
