Looking for third housemate in Totterdown

Hello,

We are currently looking for a third housemate for our 3 bed house share in Totterdown.

I'm Katie (33), a working professional who works from home twice a week, and I've lived here for 4 years. Also living here is another Katie (31, from NZ) who is also a working professional and has been living here for a year.

We are looking for a third housemate to move in around 1 March. Rent is £500 per month (private landlord so no agency or fees) and bills around £125.

We are both pretty chilled and like to hang out occasionally in the evenings to watch TV and eat together, but also like our own space.

We would like someone who works a similar schedule to us (9-5) and we like to have a relaxed and peaceful home.
