Description
About the Flat
It is located about a 10/15 minute walk from Temple Meads and 20/25 minute walk to town, with a bus stop on the doorstep providing regular buses to town. There is a shared living area, furnished with a Sofa, TV and a DVD player in there if you want to use it. We have broadband. Kitchen has all the essentials, fridge-freezer, gas cooker, toaster, kettle. The flat is managed by a letting agency who are very good at carrying out maintenance, gas, electric, smoke detector and fire alarm checks and stuff like that. There is a bike storage room connected to the building which is very handy.
About the room
The room is a good sized, unfurnished double so you will need your own bed and furniture, however a chest of drawers can be left behind if wanted. The room is at the rear of the flat, away from the main road and is fairly noise free.
About Me:
I'm Joe, 39, I like music, TV, films, books, chess, snooker and skateboarding, but my main focus is music at the moment. I play in a couple of bands so I practice a lot and do a lot of open mics. I like cooking, so I'm open to sharing a bit of food occasionally if that's your vibe. Otherwise I keep myself to myself, and try and keep on top of the cleaning once every couple of weeks, so if you're up for that then that's great. Otherwise I'm friendly and easy to live with.
Bills - come out to about £180 (gas, electric, water, internet, council tax)
Council Tax Band: A (cheapest)
