Double Room in cosy Totterdown Houseshare

We have a lovely double room available in our cosy three-bed house in Totterdown, and are looking for someone to move in on a permanent basis from 12th September, as our housemate is moving out to buy a house! The room itself is unfurnished, so it would be ideal if you already had your own bedroom furniture, or are able to/happy to furnish it when moving in. The rest of the house is furnished, though there are a couple of bits that will be moving out, so there may be space for a couple of things.
We share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and a garden that gets lots of lovely sunshine ☀️

The cost is £720 for rent, including all bills. If you’d like a breakdown of these, please just ask. We handle all our own bills, but just for ease this is the total.

You would be living with myself (Lou, 30) and Freya, 31 and we are looking for another lovely lady. Freya and I have been friends for a long time, so we do love a little hang out at home, but we both have our own separate lives, and friendship circles as well, so we’d really like someone who has a similar situation, and someone who we can build a friendship with too. We are both creative, very chilled and really do appreciate our own quiet time and space when at home, but we do regularly spend time together/with friends together and love a film or game night at home, as well as an evening out at the pub/cinema.
We are both quite houseproud as well, so we do like to keep things clean and tidy at all times.
We would love to live with someone who is looking for a home, and wants to invest in the space with us!

N. B You will be required to go through a referencing process with our estate agent, but this is all very straightforward.
