Beautiful double bedroom (with art studio)

Welcome to our lovely home..

We’re been lucky enough to call this our home for past 5 five years - and have have had several amazing tenants live with us over the years (all of whom are now among our closest friends).

There is currently four of us living here; Esme and Ben (homeowners), Pat and George. Pat has just got the keys to his first home, and is flying the nest.

About us:

Ben & Esme - relaxed easy-going couple, usually found playing sport, on a hike or at a gallery.

George - landscape designer often found climbing, or on an adventure in the great outdoors.

We’re a warm and social house, that often hosts friends - with a nice balance of doing stuff together and independently.

About the house:

This is a 4 bedroom house - my partner and I live in the loft conversion upstairs, and there are then 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

The room available is a large double - which is only shares a bathroom with George, as we have an en-suite upstairs.

All bills included, with fortnightly cleaners.

Another unique feature of the house is the art studio in the garden - this is again open to all to uses. George is occasionally found tinkering with some woodwork.

It’s also important to note that we have a 5-month old Jack Russel puppy - whom we all love dearly, but it’s important any future lodger is comfortable with this.

Located in the heart of Totterdown, we are fortunate enough to live next to Victoria Park and a 10-minute walk from Temple Meads station.
