Nice double room in Victorian House

Double room in lovely house; stripped floor, fireplace, bay window, at front of house overlooking beautiful, quiet green space. Share with friendly female owner. The room is basically furnished.
I'm looking for a vegetarian (or pescatarian!), who doesn't mind pets.. I have two cats.
I'm a teacher, 47, with a variety of interests; I'm sociable, but respectful of peoples' space. The house is open and sociable but not a "party house".A creative person, mature student or creative professional would be nice.
I smoke, but not inside, so if you're a smoker you're welcome to join me in the garden!
It's a short walk into town, 10 minutes walk from Temple Meads and on a main bus route. Good places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. The rent includes bills and broadband. If you're interested please get in touch.
