The house features a fully equipped fitted kitchen/diner with fridge freezers, that looks out onto a private courtyard garden and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
There is on street parking close to the house (no permits required). A cleaner also visits communal areas once per fortnight. Last, but by no means least, the house benefits from a great high speed fibre optic broadband connection.

The Boring Stuff
The room will be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement with an initial term of 6 months. A reference will be required for which there will be no additional cost.
A holding deposit of £100 is taken to secure the room and refunded on contract signature.
A monthly rent of £875 and a deposit of one month's rent (£875) will be taken at the start of the tenancy. The deposit will be held in the accredited 'My Deposits' scheme.
