One room to let in quiet Totterdown house

My partner Amy and I are away in Shropshire whilst she completes an MSc and so we're letting out another room in our house. I'm a hospital doctor by day and a musician by night, very occasionally back in Bristol for the odd shift. Our lodger Theo has been here since January, works for a local brewery and produces music with his partner. We're looking for someone clean and laid back who's looking for somewhere quiet in a nice part of town.

The house is two minutes' walk from Victoria Park, ten minutes from Temple Meads and 20 minutes from King Street on foot. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and back yard. The top of the street has a really nice little bakery, green grocer and my favourite pub, The Oxford. The bedroom is furnished with an extendable bed (single/double), drawers and a mirror. I'll be taking the drum kit in the photos back to Shropshire with me!

The monthly rent is inclusive of all utility bills, council tax and internet.
