The Rent -
includes most bills but there is an additional 1/2 share of council tax (£35pcm) & 1/5th share of energy (avg consumption is £65 PCM ).
The other TENANTS -
A house of 5 young professionals & the occasional graduate student in their mid twenties to early thirties. They work in insurance, finance, law & hospitality.
A friendly group, cooking & socialising together at times, but also live separate lives with their own friendship groups.
Average tenancy stay is 12- 18months, so quite a stable household.

The House-
Large, end terraced house with 2 shower rooms & 1 wc downstairs.
Large Kitchen, (washing machine, dryer, 2 fridge freezers);
Living room with 43” smart TV and patio garden, with a built-in BBQ for summer evenings!

The Area-
The house is located on a quiet street in Totterdown, 100m from the spacious Arnos Vale park & 5 mins from the local bars & cafes at the iconic Paint Factory & the many independent bars/shops of lower Wells Rd

150m to Bus stop for Temple Meads (6 mins) and the town centre (10-12mins). Getting to central Bristol by bike or on foot is also very easy.

The Tenant-
We are looking for either a male or female housemate Proof of income required. The room is NOT available to couples. Graduate students welcome.
We'd like someone clean, tidy and considerate, happy to co-operate in a cleaning rota.
