30 min walk to city centre.
Currently just me living here but may rent out the 3rd room from time to time.
I work partly from home and partly at various local locations. I'm in my 50's, have a busy social life so am out and about quite a bit, and like to get away - so home tends to be for relaxing. So not a party house but a lovely place to have friends for dinner, coffee and BBQ's . To chill out after a busy week.
