Double room to let in Sea Mills

I have a double room to let in my house in Sea Mills for £550 per month, including all bills except gas and electric. This is available from 1 July, but the moving in date can be negotiated. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed , chest of drawers and a bedside table. All bedding is provided but you can bring your own should you wish to.
There is a very large kitchen diner with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a family bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower and a smaller toilet.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier(not available in the summer), a large garden, on-street parking. The bus stop (bus no 4 and U1) are 2 minutes walk away and bus no 3 is 5 minutes walk away.

The house has a shed in the garden which can be used for storage. You have access to the garden for BBQs and so on.

You will have use of your own fridge and shared freezer space. The house is usually very clean and I would like to share with someone similar. We have a cleaning rota split between the 3 of us.

The room is only available for females. As we are 2 female professionals living in the house, a similar person would fit in well. This room is suited for someone independent as whilst we occasionally socialise, I lead a busy life, and the other lodger in the property is away most weekends.

Non smokers, no fully working from home and no shift workers please. I would also consider a Monday to Friday let for a reduced rent.
