Lovely human needed for lovely home : )

Hello Home-seeker!

After two wonderful years Guy is sadly leaving us to return North. That means we are on the look-out for an equally super human to replace him.

Our home is a three bedroom Maisonette in the heart of WoT village. We have pubs, restaurants, coffee-shops galore on our doorstep, and the #1 Bus will whisk you from here to Whiteladies, Triangle, or town, in 10 to 25 minutes. If you're a runner or like a walk we have the Downs 10 minutes in one direction or Blaise Castle Estate 10 minutes in the other; both are lovely outdoor spaces.

About the room: It's really LARGE. 4m x 4m. It's also south facing for good light, and is furnished with a double-bed, drawers, shelves, and cupboards.

Also in the flat we have two bathrooms, one containing a shower, one containing a bath. Take your pick! We share a kitchen (and share utensils) and a large living room which is where we spend most of our time.

Rent is inclusive of all bills. No couples and no pets sorry.

About you?

So long as you are super-friendly, open minded for social invites to pubs, random camping or paddling trips, sporting occasions, then you will fit right in. Being neat, tidy and respectable as a housemate is a given but you will get that in return.

You'll be living with Mark who is a maths teacher and Paddy who is doing a Masters in politics and sustainability so they're clearly a laugh a minute ; )
