Double room - for a mature undergraduate student

Room available for the 24/25 academic year for an undergraduate student who is looking for a safe, quiet and homey environment. I am a live-in land lady; I live in a 4 bed house with a large kitchen-diner. I work (teaching) full time so most of the time not home. A double bedroom available. The bathroom is shared (with bath and shower cubicle) with another female student. I have my own space and bathroom. Kitchen is shared and has got everything necessary. This is a beautiful home and the house is located next to Westbury on trym on the border of Coombe Dingle and Sea Mills. There is a direct bus to UWE and Bristol Uni; the bus stop outside the house. All bills included. The contracts runs Sept-June only - 10 months contract. The agreement can be extended for the following academic year.
